Dispatch Confirmation Email
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your parcels are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days you can Email or Whatsapp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.
Order Tracking
All parcels will be sent with tracking number. Once your parcels arrived the logistic hub, you can track your order online. You can find the ‘Track Order’ button in your confirmation email.

Sorry about that. Our most up to date information is on the website, so use this to check availability. With certain items, you may be able to place your order, we will update you after 7 days if the order has not already been sent to you. You can also select to be emailed when the product is back in stock
Can someone else sign for my shipment?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.
Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
No, our courier could not send the parcel to any PO Box address.
