With a design made exclusively for Fujifilm mirrorless cameras, the Tamron 11-20mm f/2.8 Di III-A RXD Lens for Fujifilm X offers a full-frame equivalent zoom range of 16.5-30mm with stunning close-up performance. Despite featuring a constant f/2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range, this is one of the more compact Tamron lenses, which weighs in at just 335g and feels perfectly balanced on Fuji’s APS-C sized camera bodies.
At the ultra wide angle 11mm end, the 11-20mm f/2.8 Di III-A RXD Lens delivers stunning close-up performance with a 0.15m minimum object distance (MOD), along with a maximum magnification ratio of 1:4. This provides an excellent creative wide-angle macro option for ultra wide close-up shots, with exaggerated proportions and unique results.
In addition, Tanmron’s well-known RXD (Rapid eXtra-silent stepping Drive) stepping motor AF drive supports hybrid creators, with a design which is suited to both still and video capture. A moisture resistant construction and durable Fluorine Coating provide additional protection when shooting outdoors.

This is the fourth Tamron lens for Fuji X mount, which joins the 17-70mm f/2.8 Di III-A VC RXD, 18-300mm F/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD and 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD. The latest model is the widest zoom available from Tamron, offering an equivalent 16.5-30mm (full-frame format) and a constant aperture.
It’s also remarkably compact and portable at 86.5mm long and 335g, which is ideal for handheld photography and videography, as well as being suitable for a travel tripod or compact gimbal stabiliser, such as the DJI RS 3 Mini.
The ultra wide angle view is suitable for a range of subjects, from epic landscapes to street photography, cityscapes and even general snapshots at the 30mm end of the range.
Excellent optical performance
An optical design consisting of 12 elements in 10 groups including two GM (Glass Moulded Aspherical) lens elements ensure high resolution from edge to edge. The 11-20mm f/2.8 lens also incorporates one XLD (Extra Low Dispersion) and two LD (Low Dispersion) elements, which produce sharp images with well-corrected aberrations.
Tamron’s BBAR-G2 (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection Generation 2) coating is employed to minimise ghosting and flare, helping to reveal the finest details even when your subject is backlit. This ensures that your results show high contrast and rich colours in virtually any shooting situation.

Quiet RXD stepping motor for video
Tamron's RXD stepping motor unit is fast, accurate and extremely quiet, which provides sharp focus even with continuously moving subjects, whilst being ideal for both still and video. The quiet AF allows the lens to be used unobtrusively when shooting indoors and for video recording where low noise levels are essential.

Capture creative ultra wide macro-style shots
A minimum focusing distance of just 0.15m at the 11mm end and 0.24m at the 20mm end offers versatile close-up performance. At 11mm the lens has an astonishing 1:4 maximum magnification ratio, enabling wide angle macro photography, which utilises the unique perspective of an ultra wide angle lens.

Weather sealed for outdoor content creation
Tamron has placed seals around the lens mount and other critical areas, in order to prevent ingress of moisture and raindrops.The front surface of the lens element is also coated with a protective fluorine compound, which has excellent water and oil repellent properties, for easy cleaning of dirt and debris when required.

- Any available item will be sent Next Day and you'll receive your dispatch email for this.
- Should an item become unavailable for Next Day, we'll email you to advise of this and have any remaining item that's available sent by standard delivery. You'll be emailed as soon as this is shipped and we'll also refund your postage costs.
- Should the item no longer be available to ship, we'll send you an email to advise what we have been able to send and what we haven't. You won't be charged for any item that we haven't shipped and we'll also refund your postage.
We've tried to make as much stock as possible available for Next Day delivery. The exceptions for this would be:

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD depending on the order value and your delivery location.
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your orders are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days you can Email or WhatsApp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.
You can choose to get your orders delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.
All orders being delivered within the UK require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
Orders shipped to United Kingdom will not charged by any duties. Orders shipped to certain countries will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country.
